2024 Florida Flute Association Convention – January 26, 27 and 28
As of December 9, 2023, King rooms with a sofa bed are still available for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights. There are NO MORE Queen/Queen rooms.
When you go to the reservation page, be sure to select the specific dates you want from the drop-down menu because if you don’t, it will automatically select all possible dates for this event from 1/22-2/4/24 and show no rooms available.
Please don’t reserve rooms with the thought of canceling them later. Only reserve them if you know for sure you are coming. Canceled rooms are not put back into our room block for our members and are considered “unsold.” We are charged a penalty for not selling a percentage of our room block.
Before canceling a reservation, please contact Cindy Bruce, FFA Executive Director, at flutekey@floridaflute.org to see if we have a waiting list for a room. If we do, you will receive information on transferring your room to someone else’s name.

Complimentary parking (not including valet) is for FFA members staying at the hotel. All others must pay $22 per day (Subject to change).
