Exhibitor Registration & Advertising

Due to COVID concerns, the FFA board is going to meet to discuss our options and make decisions on how to move forward. Please bear with us and we will post new information soon. Members will receive emails and information will be posted here and on Facebook. Please continue to practice and record your competitions. 
Exhibiting And Advertising for the 2022 Florida Flute Convention  

Deadline to register is November 1st or when space is sold out. The rates for Exhibitors tables are $200 each. The purchase of at least one table includes your membership into the FFA and you will receive all information and newsletters throughout the year. Payments are online through Paypal or credit card. Table reservations are not refundable.

Prices for ads are: Full Page – $100, Half Page – $75, One Third Page (business card size) – $50. Not refundable.

NEVER EXHIBITED WITH US BEFORE? Please do not register until you contact Karl Barton, our Exhibitor Coordinator, at kbarton@thomasu.edu for approval.

**If paying for an ad, the ad must be emailed immediately upon registering with payment, and as a jpeg attachment to Cindy Bruce, Executive Director, at flutekey@floridaflute.org. Failure to do so, may result in not being included in the program and is not refundable.
