Exhibitor Registration & Ads


We will be monitoring the Covid situation in the next few months, to see what protocols to put into place if needed. We will post any changes on this site.

However, each exhibitor will decide what procedures they want to do for potential customers, trying out of instruments, and in their exhibit area.

 

 Exhibiting And Advertising for the 2023 Florida Flute Convention   

Deadline to register is November 15th or when space is sold out. The rates for Exhibitors tables are $200 each. The purchase of at least one table includes your membership into the FFA and you will receive all information and newsletters throughout the year. Payments are online only, by credit card. Table reservations are not refundable.

Prices for ads are: Full Page – $100, Half Page – $75, One Third Page (business card size) – $50. Not refundable.

NEVER EXHIBITED WITH US BEFORE? Please do not register until you contact Karl Barton, our Exhibitor Coordinator, at kbarton@thomasu.edu for approval.

**If paying for an ad, the ad must be emailed immediately upon registering with payment, and as a jpeg attachment to Cindy Bruce, Executive Director, at flutekey@floridaflute.org. Failure to do so, may result in not being included in the program and is not refundable.

Please do not try to register on your phone or tablet. You will run into problems. A computer must be used.
