Exhibitor Registration & Advertising

We would like to thank everyone for their patience in the last few weeks. After much deliberation and gathering information from the Marriott contract, the FFA Board has decided to return to an IN-PERSON convention.


However, due to the continuing Covid concerns, we can not allow for the playing of flutes in the exhibit halls. Each exhibitor can decide what procedures, if any, that they want to do for potential customers.

 Exhibiting And Advertising for the 2022 Florida Flute Convention   

Deadline to register is November 15th or when space is sold out. The rates for Exhibitors tables are $200 each. The purchase of at least one table includes your membership into the FFA and you will receive all information and newsletters throughout the year. Payments are online through Paypal or credit card. Table reservations are not refundable.

Prices for ads are: Full Page – $100, Half Page – $75, One Third Page (business card size) – $50. Not refundable.

NEVER EXHIBITED WITH US BEFORE? Please do not register until you contact Karl Barton, our Exhibitor Coordinator, at kbarton@thomasu.edu for approval.

**If paying for an ad, the ad must be emailed immediately upon registering with payment, and as a jpeg attachment to Cindy Bruce, Executive Director, at flutekey@floridaflute.org. Failure to do so, may result in not being included in the program and is not refundable.

Please do not try to register on your phone or tablet. You will run into problems. A computer must be used.
